Picked out a ring of course it didn’t fit she measured me sent it off ring was ready in days but sadly due to the shape of the ring the size was to big! She took it upon herself though the sizing issue was no ones fault or mess up to take the ring to the jeweler herself and have it resized I had the ring back within an hour!
