"I honestly don't know what's happened to this place. I loved walking in and seeing smiling faces greeting me. It's crazy how a place can go downhill in a month. The last time I went in to get my daughters ears peirced, around 3 weeks ago, not only was it eerily quiet, aside from the two women up front cussing loudly and very inappropriately, but they didn't acknowledge us at all and one lady just sat the entire time on her phone and made it feel as if it were a chore to do their job. A lady named shariqua ended up piercing them, ( my daughters first time) she did nothing to make her feel comfortable and was kind of rude. I was going to shop but after that experience I just paid for her ears and took her shopping elsewhere. I WILL NOT be back here at all. Very unprofessional."

"The piercers were kind, and did a good job. My ears haven’t gotten infected, and I got (in total from Claire’s) 8 piercings. They were hygienic, and knowledgeable. However, I don’t recommend getting anything other than a lobe piercing. It’s commonly known helix piercings can go very wrong with piercing guns. Luckily, my cartilage didn’t crack, but it is a possibility. My helix experience was good, but may not be for others. My advice is to go for nice lobe piercings, and do research. You may be cleaning your ears, but you may be touching them throughout the day, which will infect them as well."

"Pretty cute stuff BUT DO NOT GO THERE FOR EAR PIERCING!!!! Me AND my little sister went there and our ears got infected and yes we cleaned them everyday like we should have. Also they are too pricey!"

"Received horrible service. Went in on 11/18/16, to get my daughter's ears pierced, was discriminated against tremendously. Walked into the store, was not greeted upon entry and was ignored the entire time while in the store, then was passed over not once but twice in order to service two Caucasian customers that entered the store long after we did. Sad part about is this was done by the Asst. Manager! Way to go!!"
