"Asked for shoulder length with some layers… ended up with a karen haircut… looks just like the woman who cut my hair. Not even remotely what I asked for. Wasn’t gunna leave a review becuase I don’t want to hold up to the karen name… but it’s ridiculous. I even showed her a picture and she gave me a Kate plus 8…. I have my gender reveal next week and I want to cancel it becuase my hair look awful, I can’t even put it up in a pony tail or something it’s soo short. It’s almost shoulder length in the front… not at all in the back"

"Friendly & very patient with my wiggly son!! But they lie said my son was estimated 39 mins I’ve been here over an hour employee leaving other employees in need missing going on break in peak times!! It’s been on 34 mins for over 34 mins I get estimates but that’s way off their was another I could of drove to with 12 minutes to wait we have meet teacher in hour still gotta shower the hair off him!! More people still walking in door!! They know back to school to schedule more employees during these weeks!!"
