"I would have given them a 0 star but it wouldn’t let me! I stopped in to get a style just some curls. No shampoo and dry, just curls. Stylist told me before we start I just want you to know cost is $55! I told her all I wanted was some curls. She said “ I’m sorry, I don’t set the prices.” So left of course and went to an actual salon. Guess what they charged? $20! I won’t be getting any more of my services done with “Great Clips “"
"Granted I went in at about 6 til 5 was told no to a haircut which usually on takes about 5 minutes to cut because I keep my hair short there was no customers at all but hey its thier loss I usually tip between 30 to 40 bucks ill stick to the one in seneca never been turned down even if I was gonna be waiting til after closing time."
