"I would give one of the hair stylist Zero stars. Everytime she cuts my hair she does it wrong. This last time, I asked for a trim. She proceeded to cut my hair different lengths all around. I have short hair but half of my head looks like a man's haircut while the other half is longer. The stylist is a bigger lady with long hair that never looks brushed. I will not be coming back here anymore. You ruined my hair!"

"This location has the best atmosphere of any Great Clips I have been to. The other one in Anderson is chaotic and some of the stylists are rude, but the stylists here are friendly and smiling. The wait is 100 times better, and I will be bringing my husband and son here from now on. Thank you, girls!"

"I don’t typically leave bad reviews but I got my haircut last week and my hair is naturally curly and I’ve left it curly until now. I straightened it only to find out my hair is chopped and uneven! Definitely not what I asked for. I don’t remember what her name was just that she had blonde hair and was in the second station on the right. She was more concerned what was going on in her phone instead of focusing on my hair which I thought was extremely rude. I asked for shoulder length cut and NOT to have it cut straight across but more textured, which was a big cut for me since my hair was waist length. Never again will I go back. If your stylist isn’t paying attention to you completely please be a Karen and say something so your hair doesn’t look like mine."
