"I go to Enmarket EVERYDAY and buy cigarettes EVERYDAY. I live around the corner and have been coming here everyday for 4 years. My ID was stolen today. I understand that ID’s are strict in Sav, but this one girl is on a power trip. This girl that KNOWS ME refused me and LAUGHED AND POINTED AT ME AS I LEFT THE BUILDING. I can understand being refused for no ID but LAUGHING AND POINTING TO A FREQUENT CUSTOMER?! Are you kidding me?! Fire her for that, she’s RUDE and has NO customer service skills. I get that it’s a gas station but JFC, I’ve seen self checkout have more personable and friendly experiences compared to her. Also so there’s no discrepancy: she worked 11/7/23 around 2/3:30am"

"Listed as 24/7. Doors are locked. Can’t they at LEAST put a sign when they reopen? I live 2 minutes away and I work in the service industry so the gas station is my last hope for dinner. For real. Just put a sign up. Absolutely infuriating."

"Says open 24 hours on the door, yet almost every morning when I come by there is a piece of paper with closed written in orange highlighter taped to the door whilst the employee sits at the counter doing, presumably, nothing. I wouldn’t be upset if 24 hours wasn’t already on the door or the lights were turned off and nobody was there, but that isn’t the case."
