"I shop at Target alot however lately this one is a disappointment and it's usually my home store. Everytime I do a pick up order lately I sit here for 20 minutes. The point of a pick up order is to make things quicker and easier. However I could have went in the store and got the items myself before they actually come out with my pick up order. It ridiculous how slow they are and don't seem to care"
"I have been a Target customer for over 20 years. Their product line is both quality and affordable. Once I am in the store I always taken by the friendly and helpful staff, even if they are busy stacking they would stop to help. The cashiers are always courteous inquiring if you found what you’re looking for. Target will remain my first option when shopping."
"I gave this score because I felt violated while waiting in line to return my item. A regular target shopper was also in line ahead of me with a big dog. The customer was a man who had on a T-shirt with boxers only that were sheer. That man allowed his dog, the walk freely stretching the leash, to come in my 1 year old’s son face…. My son was terrified and the customer thought that it was acceptable to do that… I did report the situation to management & was informed that that customer has many violations in this same store… I’m not sure if I feel safe shopping here again!!"
"Sad. Line line lines... I am from Minneapolis, Minnesota.... land of Target, this is a disappointment. I want to support you, but my time is more valuable. And I did apply to work part-time. Ha ha.... I was not selected.... I was an General Manager for Menards and I can't work part time. Funny. Who are you hiring?"
"I don’t typically leave bad reviews this target is getting out hand with Customer service and QA. I had to walk customer service through how to do proper exchange due to wrong item being shipped to me. Pair of shoes in wrong size. Then bring home box of diapers that had been tampered with. (Box had been tapped shut with 16 diapers missing and wrong size shoved back in box) I called to inform the store that they need to be on look out for this, I was told by customer service there nothing they can do to insure boxes of diapers haven’t been opened. Lesson learned I won’t be shopping here anymore. Especially when it comes to baby products! I know everyone is hurting for employees but at least educate your people properly."
