"DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE!!! Called because someone working at the hotel gave use the number. They took forever to pickup. Called after about 30 minutes and was told will be there in 7 min. Total took about 45 minutes. Pulled up in an old battered taxi and the truck was open and it looked like someone was living in it. Had to be rearranged to fit my suitcase on top of the tire and trash. Driver got made because my friends took a picture of me leaving and waving good buy. The driver proceeded to start a rant and cursing because they took the picture. I then asked if he took credit cards and was told it will be an extra $7.50. I told him I did not want to use his service and felt very unsafe."

"this is the worse and i mean the worse cab company ever. your cab driver with the number #392 was extremely disrespectful to everyone including security. why do you have drivers driving without a license knowing they have to pick people up at places where its required. then when someone wants to file a complaint the same cab driver answers, doesnt let them finish, "tell them off" then commits to hang up. i will do everything in my power to ban that specific driver from ever touching a steering wheel again"

"Scheduled for an 8:30 am ride to the Savannah airport from the Hyatt. They did not arrive at 8:30. Called them and they were going to send someone to get there at 9:00. No one at 9:00. Called and they were 8 minutes away. 8 minutes later…you guessed it…NOBODY! Called and they STOPPED ANSWERING THEIR PHONE!!!! Got an Uber that arrived 3 minutes later. DO NOT USE THEM!! GET THE UBER APP!"

"I wouldn’t take the cab service with somebody else life. The driving is horrendous and this white smoker looking ugly lady tried to run me off the road because she was mad that I merge into traffic before her. She continues to cut infront of me on Dean Forest road with my child in the back trying to break check me. She need to worry about her hygiene and looking like she smoke crack all her life but whom ever company this is need to close down. Call Lyft or Uber it’s much cheaper. Make this business go out of business!"

"Service was recommended by Desk clerk @ Hotel. I scheduled appt, told fare $32. Cab arrived, fee now $38. Inside smelt like cigarettes. Car had 2 warning lights on dashboard. After we got onto airport road, he pulls to shoulder, saying car is running hot, gets jug out of trunk, pops hood, & pours something in. All the while we (2 females) are looking around for the car jacking. We we did proceed on the airport safely. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE."
