"My daughter and I had a wonderful tour. We loved hearing the stories about the people who haunt the buildings of Savannah. Our tour guide was very kind to my daughter when she had an experience with a ghost at the Moon River Brewing Company. There are definitely other worldly things going on in the attic/staircase. The walking parts were great, beautiful scenery, lots of history. We were believers before and this affirmed our beliefs again. We will definitely be going on this tour again. We recommend this tour to all. Thank you again!"
"We couldn't be happier with our Cobblestone Haunted Pub Crawl tour. Nicole is a wealth of knowledge; she shared historical facts as well as personal/indirect haunting accounts. It was a breathe of fresh air because our tour guide was not an overly theatrical story teller , we felt the hauntings she shared were believable. We've been on a couple of haunted tours in Savannah but we felt we learned the most on this tour. The route we took offered some of Savannah's hidden gems, for example we learned about the tunnels (the vaults), the factory walk and the oldest standing saloon. Rest assured there are many cool pubs along the way. Thank you Nicole for an awesome tour."
"Booked at 9pm in September for a October tour. I called saying they did not take my payment and wondering how to pay. He said they would call me back. 30 minutes before the tour started received a email that the tour was canceled and suggested other companies to take a tour."
"Well - We should have read the reviews better. Planned a trip to Savannah about 6 weeks before we went. We scheduled the 9 pm tour for five of us through the web service. We received an email confirmation and it did not show a date / time so we called. James stated that the web service should not be scheduling 9 pm tours since they don't do them anymore. So - he gave us an option to reschedule and we did for 8 pm that same night. So... we ate and then walked briefly over to a small bar that he stated to meet him at and had a drink waiting. 815 comes along and no James! 5 of us standing out there. We called the number and the voice mail box was full. Both my wife and sister called several times. Finally at 830 James calls. He states that he had a larger group and decided to take them instead ("A" for honesty I guess). He was asked why he just did not call us and tell us that so we could find another tour and.... he had no response. So... I would find another more reliable service or be prepared to be disappointed (my lesson - use the reviews!)"
"I was a little nervous after reading some reviews, but I'm VERY happy I took the tour. It seems trying to use Google Maps can lead you to the wrong spots to meet up, so take care to read the website and know WHERE you are meeting. I discovered this by trying to find their office early just to confirm my reservations in person and Google directing me to a random location. But after calling Cobblestone Tours and talking with James, I confirmed everything and was confident the tour was going to be a blast. It was cold and rainy on the night we toured, but BLESS our guide! They run rain or shine! Our guide Jason was knowledgeable, funny, and his stories about the area were fascinating and engaging. We took the Haunted Pub Tour and ours happened to start at Moon River Brewery. It was a blast to walk around the historical district and hearing not only the stories of each pub we stopped at, but the houses we passed, the squares, the cemetery, and the stories our guide recounted of his friends experiencing. I'm a skeptic and will look for an explanation before saying it's paranormal, but I believe I actually saw a Grim(cemetery guardian ghost dog) while we were walking past the cemetery. So I can give an emphatic positive recommendation for Cobblestone Tours!"
