"Although we like the selection of Life is Good shirts and cups, it always seems we’re the only customers they have all day each time we come in this store and they are not all that receptive. It’s mainly attitude and tone like they are anxious to get rid of us. This last time instead of taking my word for it, they had me return to my car to retrieve phone for my digital coupon instead of just taking my word that I had one."

"This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I hope someone higher up sees this. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE!! The woman working there is absolutely rude and does not care at all about customer service. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!! She wouldn’t give us an exchange or a refund for the item. This woman didn’t even help us while we were in the store. She stayed glued in one spot and wouldn’t talk to anyone. She was very rude when we checked out and talked to us as if we were stupid. The woman was older and and had curly hair. Like I said in the beginning don’t shop here especially if she is there."
