"I had a return to make after purchasing it from this store. Upon going to the store around 5pm the next day to return it, I found the Customer Service desk closed. I asked one of the employees why it was closed and what the hours were and she responded “8am until whenever the girl leaves.” This place is clearly understaffed and undertrained which is only a reflection on the store management. Today, I visited this location again —after trying the Hilton Head Walmart, but their Customer Service desk was closed as well— only to find that the Customer Service desk was closed AGAIN. This time two employees noticed me looking and told me that it was closed. Again, I asked for the hours and they said “8am-5pm, but sometimes they don’t show up.” I asked them what I should do, since I had a return to make and Customer Service wasn’t open. I then got ignored by both employees. Now I could be wrong, but I think it should be a fairly simply thing to make a return with such a large successful company like Walmart. I think it’s a reflection of how much Walmart actually cares about its customers. I never thought having a Customer Service desk opened while a store is servicing customers was such a hard ask. 0/5 stars. Do not give this location your money. They don’t care about their customers."

"Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a cake for a five year old's birthday a week ago with a pick up time for tonight between 6-7pm for an 1130am party tomorrow. Not only was the cake not ready, I was told by the not so friendly manager that they haven't had a cake person in over a year and that I would not be getting one. Not once was I called in the week long process about this, as they just let the orders come in without even looking at them. The manager blamed corporate, and when I called corporate they blamed the store. No one showed any sympathy and spoke to me as if it was my fault and how dare I show any kind of anger about the situation. I was offered a $25 "digital gift card" IF I spend another $45 first for my inconvenience."

"Okay so Walmart has a new guy working overnight I think . He cleans I know . Today I was there returning some t shirts. I'm out front my bag and backpack with laundry are on the ground and I'm talking with someone I know. This guy not trying to hide it walks all the way from pharmacy door to circle me and my stuff and try to see if I stole something he rounded the column where I was and ever so obvious peaks my walmart bag . To the guy. Don't profile me I walk because I have to I do have a backpack most time I'm around that doesn't make me a thief. I was raised better than that. So keep you nose out of my belongings and mind your own business. I have a great job working for Lowe's so I have money to buy what I need ."

"Disappointing! I went in for a bathroom towel bar, which they didn't even have, but ended up buying lots of other stuff for my new home. Stood in line and waited, and waited, and waited. There were only 3 lanes open on a Saturday night at 5pm. Lots of staff, but no one helping. I literally watched 3 staff members chatting with the person two folks in front of me, with zero regard to the line. Just laughing and chatting while the rest of us were waiting and waiting. And when I finally got up to the front, the cashier was chewing gum with an open mouth. Disgusting. Extremely poor management, both of staff efficiency and HR presentation."
