"Friday before Christmas, 30 degrees outside, coldest night of the year, yet! The store had a couple customers on line to check out and maybe another 5 groups of customers (10 total people at most) shopping. The manager was making 15+ people wait outside in the cold because they were short staffed? Meanwhile there were easily one employee for every customer in the store at various times. So I and a few other people asked why they were not letting anyone in. The employee said my manager is telling me when more people can come in. Meanwhile several customers would leave before 1 customer could enter. We then asked if we could wait on a line inside to get out of the cold. It seemed like the employee asked the manager through their headset but we got no response. Had to wait over 30 min to get in. Horrible customer service and very inconsiderate of the manager who got to make these decisions from the nice warm showroom. There were easily options to allow us all to wait inside if they wanted to control flow of customers. Absolutely have zero desire to shop this location again. The only store to do this in all of tanger and I doubt they were the only store short staffed."

"Stopped by the Bluffton store while on vacay in Hilton Head, SC. You can never go wrong with some Nike sportswear in your closet. T-shirts were on sale 2 for $30, they had some really nice ones to choose from. Make sure you download the Nike app so during checkout you can earn rewards from your purchase."

"Store employees (out on the floor) were in abundance, but didn't seem to want to work. We asked a few questions and they were reluctant to even check. The store had a good selection of items- clothing, shoes, bags, balls. If you want the extra percentage of your purchase, download the app before you get in line! The WiFi seemed spotty and took a while to work. The cashier was helpful and got things moving. The overall prices for shoes weren't bad."
