"VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THE MGMT AT THIS LOCATION! It might be time to take my business elsewhere…. As a sams club plus member im shocked at the way Theresa (mgr) treated me and my son today. She reported my card stolen (it was not stolen, just left at home) but i had a picture of it on my phone and she just did not like that and decided to take it upon herself to report it stolen and locked my account AND locked me out of the scan n go app. CLEARLY an Egregious abuse of power. I hope karma delivers something on her non-customer-service oriented sorry-excuse-of-a-human-being behavior. SMH"

"Worst Sams I’ve ever been to. Employees are rude and not helpful. One cashier working, long lines to checkout and get out!!! Terrible experience! Never again!!! The people doing the demonstrations were the nicest people. Only part we enjoyed."

"Not a good experience. Tried to go on line to get the 20.00 membership deal. Big mistake. A young girl at the counter had to talk over the other employees . I was there for 3 hours, and left without a membership. The young girl had facial piercings and had to wear a mask. I'm very disappointed."

"Great store with lots of options. Store offers earlier hours for specific customers. The pick up service is very easy and saves a lot of time. This location offers auto services if needed. A new addition has been added so that customers can purchase their liquor at Sams too now!"
