"Dr. Cox is a wonderful psychiatrist. That being said, the entire Life Stance operation is untenable, inefficient and frustrating. Do not try to call them on the phone. It is one of the worst phone systems I’ve encountered, as well as some of the most untrained agents I’ve had to work with. It is difficult to make an appointment, and when you do, it might not be with the correct provider. As with me, I made an appointment for my son and it was canceled by Life Stance. I made another appointment for my son, that one was made with the wrong provider and it was also canceled without my being informed. I received multiple emails requesting that I fill out forms on the portal. Each time I used the link from the email to log into the portal, the forms were not there. I arrived for my appointment 1/2 hour early in order to fill out said forms. The iPad I was using to fill out the forms stopped functioning. I was 90% done with the paperwork and it was all deleted. I had to start again on the paperwork, and my appointment was cut short because of this error. Needless to say, I am not impressed with this organization as they need to do some overhauls with their customer service and efficacy."
