"I have been coming to Substation II my entire life and I still love the number 19 on pita. However, the quality has gone down over the years. The quantity of meat on these subs has definitely been reduced over the years and the prices are WAY too high for a cold sandwich. Over 15 bucks for a sub without a drink or chips in my opinion is just too much. Almost 60 bucks for 3 people to have a sandwich, chips, and a drink is ridiculous. Go get you a steak dinner with salad and a side for the same price…"

Since then, the speed, quality of service, and energy just isnt there and many long time regulars dont visit nearly as much anymore. Although still a good option for your lunch break and when you need a break from typical fast food. The #19 will continue to be a staple in the community."
