"We were made to sit outside in the freezing cold to wait for an hour for a table. My elderly family were even told to go wait in the car as they were crowding the hall. This, even though there were multiple rooms with tables and chairs that were not being used at the time…and after the hour wait in the cold, the hostess sat us at said tables. The hostess ended up being our waitress as there was only one waitress for the entire restaurant… and was sure to tell us, “well I wasn’t supposed to wait tables tonight but looks like I am!” After throwing silverware on a table for a family of 4 with children(separate family), seating people out of order, and being completely rude to my family, she continued to complain and was hostile during our meal. It was the most uncomfortable and hostile environment. We were going to leave to go to another restaurant but my elderly family members were hungry and didn’t want to leave. Had it just been my husband and I, I would have never given my business to an establishment with that kind of abismal service. Needless to say, we won’t be back. I totally understand and can sympathize with being short-staffed and slower service because of this but I cannot and will not deal with rudeness. It doesn’t take more effort to be kind, I hope the lady gives it a shot with her next customers!"

"My husband and I have eaten here about half a dozen times... it's very quaint, love the adorable atmosphere.... but the food is what you go for!! Love the food!! Neither of us have ever ordered anything we didn't like. We will be back for sure!!!"

"If you're looking for authentic Mediterranean food try this place the service gets 10/5 in my opinion the best service in the area the food was amazing it nearly made me cry on the first bite it tasted so much like grandmas around Easter I have absolutely fallen in love with this place. Thank you for the great experience we will be back!"

"I'm somewhat speechless. I stopped en route home from Morganton to Hickory. Ordered a pizza and a pasta dish to travel. I never would've expected to find a good place somewhere off the well traveled path, but that's what you have here. The pizza was somewhere between a NY and Chicago style. When they handed me the items, I was surprised by how heavy they were. Kind of a wow moment overall."

"We went to Jessica's for a late lunch. The restaurant is a home that has been reformatted into a quaint restaurant. The style is home cooking/Italian. My wife and I both had the tortellini a la vodka. My wife had chicken as the protein and mine was shrimp. Both dish were very good. I had a ceasar salad to start that was a bit flat in flavor but ok my wife had a nice garden salad. Overall food was good and good value for the price. We would go back again"
