"I went to return some items I had purchased online. When I arrived I could not tell who worked at this store( there were no uniform nor name badges). A younger lady tried to assist me but could not for some odd reason. A older lady walked over, not recognizing I was there, and walked off. I was told by the younger lady that she would be the one to help. I responded, “Thanks I will wait.” The old lady was not nice at all and I felt that I was inconveniencing her with my return. I had originally intended to just swap out my purchase. But after this experience I decided to take my money else where."

"I appreciated the customer service. I tried another store for some help getting my toddlers fitted for some shoes and wasn't able to get anyone's attention much less any help soooo I collected my brood and tried them in the same shopping center. So much better!!! I was acknowledged almost immediately. I asked for assistance and was asked to give them a moment and then I was helped!! That made my day! I had my 4 year old and my 1 year old fitted and then in and out with 6 pairs of shoes in less than an hour. I consider that a win!!!"

"Stood up front for what seems like forever but it was probably 8-10 minutes . I was in direct eyesight of 2 employees who came out the back then to an isle where they sat on the floor chatting. I said “hi excuse me can I check out.” One rubbed her face then stood up without saying a word to come upfront. No customer service. Sorry to bother anyone and spend money here."

"So I just want to start off by saying I am not putting this place down by any stretch of the imagination it’s just somethings they need to do to get 5 stars from me and it’s simple keep better prices on the shoes because the shoes that they have in there some of them you can purchase at Walmart for like $15 or $20 and they need a better selection of shoes I didn’t see any nikes or Reebok’s or anything in this store but I must say the shoes I got was very good price for that pair and they look awesome and the lady that was in the store gave great customer service so don’t change that part at all"
