"I never post bad reviews but this one really bothered me. I just got off work (in food service) and went to get some more pants for work. I usually go to a different thrift store but this one was much closer as I was on a time crunch. Everything was fine but then waited about 5 minutes for someone to come to the register (which didn’t bother me, I know they were probably busy) and then when I said “hi how are you today” and got no response. She then said “19.56” with no other words. I told her to have a good day and yet again got no response… Will definitely be going back to my normal thrift store on Rivers Ave!"

"I have spent quite a bit of money in this store. I have never returned anything. I did today. I bought something yesterday for $7.99 and had receipt. Manager argued with me that it was not the right price. It was not my problem cashier rang in up for the wrong price. He gave me back my money but was clearly mad about it. There is an cashier name Lisa who is always rude! I have been told by a former employee that in the back they will mark things for any amount. I have heard from so many people that this store is beyond rude. I have placed a call to District Manager. I will be sending a email as well. I will NEVER step a foot in that store again. If you hate your job find a new one. Clearly those who worked there hate their jobs. It is beyond unacceptable how they treat their customers."

"Customer service with Damar was fantastic. Having a stressful moment knowing my daughter accidentally brought a box to donate but had important papers in it. Damar was helpful and sympathetic. It's not here, but they're going to keep looking"

"I like this particular Goodwill, it's set up very nicely. They don't have much in the way of men's department stuff, the house wears are nicely done. I have to say they're a little overpriced as far as goodwills are concerned, and things are not consistently priced."
