"I was a patient at this practice for a few years. Was nice at first and then was not. Dr. North was never anything but nice to me, BUT Michelle Flanagan the PA would not recommend her at all. The treatments I tried never helped. She put me on and changed my biologics constantly. When I would see her she would speak to me maybe five minutes change medicine or be hateful and tell me well we are out of options. She told me I was welcome to get a second opinion and when I did I was dismissed from the practice. I was even her Medicaid assistant a couple years ago and then she was nice to me. Once I left my care changed. I have found a very nice and knowledgeable Rheumatologist who finally has me on the right treatment. I was being treated for something I didn’t even have for almost six years by this practice. Wouldn’t listen to me and dismissed anything I said. Hope this helps someone."

"Dr Flanagan was nice at first but on my last visit she blamed me for her mistake.i was stunned. She also was alking condensendinly and treating me like I was 5 yrs old. I dont want go back, but I have to have the meds to be able to work and not have debilitating intense pain."

"I want to edit to saw dr north was not personable to me. She was cold and wouldn’t take time to work up my condition. I know why, but I won’t call her out like that. Just know if your low income she will brush you off."

"Very disappointed with staff. I cannot get staff to answer the phone. Every time I call in I get a voicemail and must leave a message. When I have received a phone call back the staff was rude. Scheduling appointments is a headache as well. Not even the practice manager could make this experience any better. She actually made it so much worse."
