"We took our two sons in at the same time and the staff made it a super easy experience. The kids both felt comfortable at all times (and one of them has sever anxiety and sensory issues)! The staff is very friendly, especially Dr. Andy. At the end of their visit they always give them balloons and the kids love it!"

"Everyone was absolutely sweet! Explained to my daughter (7) what was going to happen and was quick and efficient. Love that they give a little gift bag, balloon and a picture for their first visit. Also the rooms were themed and perfect for kids to feel comfortable. My daughter said she actually had fun and wants to go back for any future dentist visits! That says a lot!"

"This visit was especially great. The dental hygienist/ dental assistant was particularly great with my 14 year-old, who is neuro-divergent. She explained everything beforehand and as she was going along, which gave my daughter confidence and prepped her for what was coming next. All kids benefit from this, actually! Afterwards, the assistant told me she'd remembered how much that had helped my daughter the last time. You can't ask for more than that! Highly recommend."

"We were the only people in the office. I had signed on the paperwork that I didn't want floride treatment. Looked away for a second and they were putting floride on my kids teeth. When i asked about it they told me "oh we wont charge you." It's not about the cost. There were at least 4 people sitting around on their cell phones and no one could read the paperwork they required me to do? The dentist always rushes and told me he was going to do an extra treatment without explaining what it was and I had to stop him as I had another appointment to make. Was provided no information about the treatment needed when we left. Felt like we were being pushed in and pushed out. The three stars are for the hygienist who treated my son so well. Overall a very frustrating experience!"

"We *always* have a positive experience when visiting Hendersonville Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Andy is great with kids, makes them feel comfortable, and is patient with all of mom’s questions. His staff is sweet and accommodating to our 3 kids’ ‘energetic’ personalities. My babies have been going there since they were 1, and they are now 7 and 9. I would recommend them without hesitation."
