I was even emailing her to cancel my car insurance because I was moving to a different country, yet Cari went above and beyond by helping me understand the process for transferring my car title and what to do with my license plate, etc. She communicated with the DMV on my behalf which saved me a lot of time and confusion. She made it very easy and she responded quickly each time. I didn't expect her to do this for me but was pleasantly surprised and grateful, especially during a time when customer service is increasingly automated and people are overworked, it means a lot that she went the extra mile for someone who wouldn't be a customer anymore. Thank you for going the extra mile."

"They have always been very helpful in finding the best rate on car insurance. There have been time because of my work I was after closing time getting there. I can’t for the life of me remember the lady’s name but she told me she would stay till I got the she had recently had an accident and broke her collarbone and was in pain as she got me squared away. Dedication. Then once all his assistant’s were out sick and Mike took care of me himself. And can tell you they did everything with a smile and a kind word. I would highly recommend this great bunch of people."
