The outlet was clean and I like the beautiful decoration like the christmas tree, etc. The mall design was beautiful and easy to walk from stores to stores and like other outlets has plenty of parking spaces."
"The Rack Room Shoes employees did not provide any assistance. Also, shoe boxes had mixed sizes, and employees didn't care when advised of it. In regards to military discounts, they only provide it on certain days (Tuesdays), amazing for a military town. They limit it to their convenience. Won't be back."

"Such a clean facility! I've never been to an outlet mall that had nice put together areas and clean bathrooms. On labor day they have amazing deals and the food trucks are fantastic and reasonably priced."
