Lair has helped me maintain a sort of “balance” in how i view myself, others, and situations involving both. I personally believe in a combination of mindfulness, medication, and therapy. Lair has no doubt helped me as I continue to navigate all things past, present and yet to come."

"I saw Lair once as part of a couple's session. I was reluctant to see him as he had already established himself as my partner's individual therapist. I was surprised that Lair even suggested to see us as a couple. It is difficult for a person to remain neutral, balanced, and not show favoritism after having spent many individual sessions with my partner. My fears were realized in the session. I found Lair's approach aggressive and confrontational. It was poor judgment on Lair's part to even suggest seeing us together. The session did more damage to the relationship; he expressed bias and argued my partner's points on her behalf. I do not recommend Lair as a therapist."
