"Singlehandedly the most unprofessional business I've ever seen, counselors and otherwise. I've never had so many appointments canceled and rescheduled in my life, 2 of which we've showed up to with NO one there. No call, nothing. The last straw was my last appointment, when we arrived the office was gutted, and some man told us they relocated and he doesn't know where. We, along with others were never told, and once AGAIN I wasted my gas from Waterloo driving here. Only to have no clue where they've gone with no contact info. Do not go here. Save your money and your sanity. Bonus, she calls me the incorrect name sometimes and mistakes my history for someone else's more than once."
