"I've taken my son Belial here since he was born. I wouldn't trust any other group of doctors with his care. They're all amazingly understanding and carry themselves with such kindness. It's a blessing and a comfort knowing they're here serving greenwood. I would recommend anyone and everyone bring your young ones here if you want them to have the best care team possible."

"I read the reviews before going and saw that it was either really good or really bad as far as ratings went. After going, I find it hard to believe that those who put in such a low rating went to the same place that I did. Both the staff and the doctor we saw were exceptional. The staff found us the right new patient forms for our unique situation - living part-time here and part-time out-of-state. And they set us up with a speedy appointment. The doctor and nurses were so helpful and kind. It was obvious that everyone there enjoyed their jobs and took their work seriously."

"Scheduling and trying to get An appointment is absolutely ridiculous. If your child falls ill and needs medicine more than likely you will be waiting thirty days for an appointment. By then the child could end up in the emergency room. You guys need a better system when it comes to scheduling. My daughter is extremely ill and can not wait three weeks for an appointment smh this is insane"

"Incredibly fast while we were in the office. Would be 5 stars but it took a long time to get any confirmation of what our children had after having negative test results come back. We were able to rule things out but didnt get a definitive answer on what it was for our own peace of mind. Just instructions on how to handle the symptoms from the nurse on the phone after the fact."

"I have to say, I've seen some negative reviews on here and I just can't agree with them. Most all places have rules that we all must follow even when we dislike them. All 4 of my children have been going here forever... Well not my 22 year old anymore. When he was 20, Dr. Bonetti asked him, wouldn't he like to find a general practitioner now that he's an adult? I laughed so much, but that's how much all of my children love going there! They do not want to change even when they become of age. The Dr.'s, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse's and staff have always been polite, respectful and have gone above and beyond in some cases to accommodate whatever my children's needs may be. I'm sure everyone has a bad day here and there, but I've just never seen it during our visits. I honestly don't think you would regret having your child become a patient here."
