"This has been the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. For starters, the insurance was supposed to be in my name. It was put in my husband’s, when they’d never spoken to my husband, which made our premium go up. It took forever to get our ID cards because our agent went out of town, and apparently no one else in the building can do anything. The customer service is garbage. Almost every time we call, we can’t ever speak to the agent because he barely answers and the times he does, it starts with “I was just about to call you!” Yeah, I’m sure you were. I gave them our lienholder’s information for the auto policy and it’s nowhere on the policy. Trying to get it sent in to our lienholders for verification of insurance and the receptionist says, “It’ll be awhile. It won’t happen fast.” And assures me if our lienholders purchase insurance on our behalf, they’ll refund us once Farm Bureau finally decides to send us our declarations page. Smh. I can’t believe I left State Farm, whom I never had issues with except a disagreement on homeowners insurance for this place. At this point, I should’ve just stuck with State Farm. Much cheaper, better customer service and they actually set your insurance policies up correctly."

"Very poor service, very unprofessional, the person I spoke with made me feel like he was an interrogator and I was a criminal. His name was Tim Wiley. I have never been treated this way by anybody I have never seen an insurance company that makes people feel victimized. He asked me if I knew the person who hit me like are you serious. This mans communication skills were horrible. I have people who have policies with them and my mom and brother also have policies with farm bureau we are changing companies immediately!!!! He literally made me feel so disrespected."

"I've never seen this level of incompetence from an insurance group, especially Dillon Shirley, an agent in their Greenwood offive. I was given an estimate over the phone for a policy to cover my new home being built at Eagles Harbor. When I arrived at their office to drop off the check, Shirley had 'accidentally' erased my file, had to start over from scratch and quoted a premium THREE TIMES what he had given me over the phone!"

"This has to be the worst insurance company I've ever delt with or heard about. They are slow, rude, and a pain to work with. Don't expect to talk to the agent in a timely manner. Ever. Once you obtain insurance from them, they treat you like a number and lie to you. Also, I ended my coverage and I've waited over three weeks for a refund check. Terrible company. Also, don't tell me, after three days of no return phone call, that you "had my number pulled up and we're just about to give you a call" after I finally just call you myself. Rediculous company."
