"My wife had a questionable mammogram she got another test at this facility and keeps getting put off by the facility for an interpretation. They don’t answer the phone and basically ignore her. Prisma provides interpretation in about an hour, putting someone through this is simply cruel. I’m going to try and get her to Prisma for a new mammogram and an answer. One star for their equipment nothing for the facility."

"Been here twice for an mri and I arrived 15 min early both times. In both cases they had somebody else in my slot and I had to wait an hour and half past my appointment time to be called back. My time is valuable, if I had been late they would have canceled my appointment and I would have been charged. In the first case they took someone in that they said was from the hospital. I kinda understand that one but the second one the lady that they took actually came in after me. So they ether double booked or took someone ahead of me. I don’t mind a few minutes but an hour and half late is ridiculous."

"First of all the lady that did my scan was awesome. I Called to inquire on my results after 3 weeks when told it would be 2 weeks. Receptionist, Stephanie ( so she said) told me she just worked the desk and wouldn't have a clue about my results. Her exact words. Asked if i could talk to someone that had a clue. She told me that lady was not there today. This is how the people that answer your phones and interact with patients act? Stephanie should not have a job dealing with public at all. No faith in them at all now, but quess there's nothing you can do about it."

"I had my first Mammogram today. The young lady who done the ex-rays was absolutely the nicest person i have meet. An made my first experience of a mammagram easier than i had expected. This nurse went above and beyond to make things comfortable as possible."

"Went to the Imaging Center today (3/21/2018) and I got there at 2:55 and my appointment was at 3:30 and everybody came after me was taken back before me , one lady didn’t have appointment until tomorrow but she was work in before me, then another lady had a later appointment but she too was seen before me I was the first one there and the last one too leave. At 3:55 The Receptionist came out and said are you Bridget ( really )then she went back in the office five minute another lady came out with my paperwork.I’m the only one paperwork they was not in computer but nobody else paper got lost in the computer . The lady brought my paperwork out ask was everything correct and I’m tell her it got on there that I disabled and she acted as if I didn’t say anything. When I left there at 4:15 my head were hurting so bad I couldn’t see straight I never been so mad about going to the doctor for something I need but the service was so bad and only thing they could say that it was the computer mistake."
