"I am struggling to get this company to repair a malfunctioning unit they installed at the house I purchased a year ago. Every time the technician comes they each give another story. My electric bill is almost a $1000 monthly. There customer service is rude and disrespectful."

"Our air conditioner went out unexpectedly over the weekend - which we were not expecting, as the unit is only 3 years old. We happened to call Dean Custom Air, as they were the number listed on the thermostat (and the company our builder used). From start to finish, the company was amazing to work with. The wonderful woman at dispatch made sure to get a technician to call us within a reasonable amount of time, and they worked us into the schedule that day (without an insane Saturday service charge). The unit went on the fritz again after some troubleshooting, and the technicians came back out twice to make sure that our family had air. It is currently cooling back down and seems to be repaired, but we had an amazing experience with this company and highly recommend them. They were professional, courteous, and caring - our family has AC during a very hot and muggy week thanks to them. We are so grateful and will continue to call Dean Custom Air for HVAC service needs!"

"Dean Custom Air installed our system when we built our house 6 years ago. Since then we have had numerous problems for which Dean Custom Air did not properly fix or repair our units needing multiple service calls which are expensive. During one service call the technician argued with my husband that they DID NOT install the system. My husband got out the plans and documentation that Dean DID install our system. We have had to pay to take out a faulty compressor unit it the attic, call for multiple service calls since we moved in, and now our second unit has a leak in the coil and we need to purchase a new outside and inside unit, costing us at least $15, 000. When the manager called to see why we were no longer using Dean, I explained the above and he said fine and hung up. Extremely unprofessional, extremely incompetent, and not reliable."

"The repair person was absolutely awesome! Professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. While they were fixing the ac unit, I called and took out a service contract with the company. Now that shows you how I.pressed I was with their overall service and customer treatment. I would highly recommend Dean Custom Air!!"
