"By far the best experience I have had at an auto repair shop. My car was having trouble starting, and luckily they were able to fit me in and replace my battery and do a couple of other small repairs within a couple of hours. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the reception area and waiting room. I appreciated the fridge of bottled water and the phone chargers. I didn't mind waiting in there at all, and that's saying A LOT for me. I was so pleased as well with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Every time a different employee saw me standing around, they asked if I had been helped. The gentleman that was my service advisor explained everything well. I loved that I received such a detailed diagnostic report through text message. The whole experience was great. Gone are the days of having to stand around a dusty, greasy shop while rude employees ignore you. Beachside is next level. Highly recommend."

"Trash place! Their 4.9 score is fake and they obviously pay to have a higher rating. I got my car back, open my hood the next day and the mechanic left his tools, screws, and didn’t put my engine cover back on. I don’t believe they did the work they said they did. I just can’t even express to you to go somewhere else. My car isn’t running properly and will now have to take it In somewhere else to get fixed."
