"Poor service. I took my company truck there for service and I also took my personal truck. I took it in to get new tires and oil change. The person working the desk is more worried about his cell phone in his hand than the customer in front of him. He didn’t explain anything regarding my new tires with warranty or what not. Poor representative to have in the front of your store."

"-1 star. I listen to the employees negotiate how long it took to change my tires. The guy literally said add more time. He "had a bolt that was hard to get off. " Did it take more time or more effort? I checked the invoice and noticed I was charged for labor, not effort. They literally negotiated and settled on an extra 30 minutes for the difficult bolt. The manager said, "If he wanted to add more time, he should've already added, so I'll add 30 minutes." WHAT?"

"My go to place for general service of my vehicle. Update: These guys helped me out big time. I needed 4 tires mounted for a travel trailer for a trip the day before Thanksgiving late in the evening. They came through when nobody else would. Thanks again"

"I got my tires done here done recently (big mistake). Went with the Indy 500 tires on a BMW 3 series. A few weeks later i needed to do all my brakes, To my big surprise all 4 wheels were extremely overtorqued not to vehicle specs, Straight burried into the wheelhub with the air impact wrench. Went to 2 separate mechanics in town. One mechanic couldnt do it said it would be close to impossible, The second mechanic said im gonna need to buy new wheel hubs and rims because there was no other way to remove damaged lugbolts severely stripped and overtorqued on tires so they wanted to cut rims off and replace wheelhubs to get bolts off. My best friend and I didnt give up and we drilled into bolts and very precisely took them off. Took us the whole day but we did it. In conclusion, Firestone damaged all of my lugbolts as i had to replace all. I called them to see if they could help they said “um we can try?” Went on a sunday afternoon after standing on front desk for 10 mins ignored i left. Never coming back here. Please be careful as they dont follow guidelines for the vehicles they are working on nor go by vehicle specs."
