"Hit a deer, called to see when I could get my vehicle in as we are military and here temporarily. My car was in and out within about a week/ week and half. They were prompt and I did arrive with a few concerns, Carlos fixed those and I was on my way. Very professional and friendly! Would highly recommend in the future! Appreciate the quick turnaround and friendly staff!"
"I would rate them negative 5 stars if possible. Car hit by deer in early Dec. It took weeks to get an estimate, over 4.5 months to get in, and 2 months after the repairs were "finished." I was still dealing with repairs that were not completed correctly. Parts falling off, problem with paint job, loose parts only partially secured, loose parts banging against tires, etc. Twice on return trips, I asked them to check everything they did to ensure there were no additional problems, and they assured me they did. Yet I keep findings they left parts off, dirt under the paint, dents not removed and damage they caused when removing and reinstalling parts which were not damaged before they worked on the car. I have never had to return to any repair shop for completed repairs before this. There's no quality control at this shop. My insurance company has approved another repair shop to make the repairs Gerber didn't make, repair the additional damage done by Gerber, to redo the the poor quality repairs done by Gerber and replace parts Gerber lost or threw away instead reinstalling. When I gave up on Gerber the car was in much worse condition than when it went in. I recommend no one ever take a car here. They have no idea what they doing and zero quality control. The response left 6 days ago is NOT true. Antony did not contact me."
"Spoke with several reps from the location my car was towed and also from their corporate offices and their customer service is most certainly on point. They get done what they promise they will and they also do it on time. I've had a few accidents in my time and this is the quickest I've ever had one resolved. Kudos to the team for the professionalism and experience in their work."
