"My sewing machine quit working on Saturday. I went to this business this morning. The gentleman was very professional, friendly and courteous. He had a look at the machine and after about 10-15 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem. He then explained to me what it was and put everything back together. When it was time for me to check out, he did not charge me anything at all! I was amazed at his kindness and most of all his HONESTY. It is so difficult these days to find some one who is so honest . "I have a Babylock embroidery machine and a sewing machine. I took my embroidery machine in to Chip when it went down. I knew it was something simple. He had it running in less than 10 minutes without me having to leave it with him. The very next week, I took both machines in for their annual service. I had them back in 4 days as promised and they are clean and running smoothly. I didn't realize how bad my sewing machine really was until I got it back fully oiled and cleaned. I highly recommend him!! He is an authorized Babylock service technician."
