I was able to schedule a same day appointment, and IAC found the issue, fixed it and I was on my way in about a hour. Great service + Great people = Happy customer. They were also super nice about it and, took away any normal defenses people put up by simply doing what they said at a fair price. The lady that helped us, we felt like inviting her to a party. "So, We were driving from PA to Florida, my Ford E250 blew a spark plug clear out of the motor right near the Savanna exit. Apparently the plug danced around and shorted out the coil too...boohoo! We called like 15 repair shops and none could accommodate us. Auto Intensive Care did accommodate us and fixed everything like new while we cruised around the historic area on our bikes, fun! The price was fair and they were cool to us! If I breakdown near Savanna again - lol- I’ll def go back to them…hey, ya never know!"
