"Dissapointing Experience. I recently had a disappointing experience with German Auto Service that compelled me to share my concerns. Initially, I received a quote for a transmission fluid flash in the range of $380-$400. However, upon completion of the service, I was informed that the actual cost had escalated to $500. The most disheartening part of this ordeal was the refusal of German Auto Service to honor the initially quoted price. When I raised my concerns about this significant price difference, the front desk staff exhibited a level of rudeness that was truly uncalled for. Their dismissive attitude escalated to the point of thinly veiled threats to charge me the inflated quote if I contested further. What is particularly disappointing is that a basic service like a transmission fluid flash should not be subject to such unexpected price hikes. It is evident that the front desk failed to do their due diligence in providing an accurate initial quote. This experience has left me questioning the integrity and professionalism of German Auto Service. I believe customers deserve transparency and fairness, qualities that were sorely lacking in this interaction. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for others and prompts the establishment to reevaluate their pricing practices and customer service standards."

"I have a 2002 Porsche 986 Boxster. Porsche of Hilton Head told me my seepage was coming from my IMS which was unlikely due to the previous owner having it replaced with an LN bearing. Upon taking it to Robs shop he noticed the spark plug tubes were the culprit causing the seepage. Replace it and I even noticed my car started up better than before and this was all done for a pretty reasonable price too! Definitely recommend and will be going back from now on for services."

"Rob and Paul are two great guys they did an excellent job on my wife’s 2012 Mercedes GLK 350. They changed out the motor mounts car runs and drives like a brand new car. I also brought it in for an oil change and had the two low beam lights installed will be going back for all my future services. Thanks guys."

"Rob is the place to go if you need a BMW or Mercedes serviced in Savannah, Georgia. We have owned both, refuse to use the local dealerships because Critz BMW tried to rip us off, and tried a number of other independent shops in the area without success. A neighbor recommended Rob and we used him exclusively ever since. I am a shade tree mechanic who restored vintage Porsches and MGs before I became disabled. I can usually tell when a mechanic is trying to rip me off. I have used Rob for years, been through his shop, and seen the quality of his work. I can testify with absolute certitude that Rob is proficient, honest, cost effective, and a great value for the exemplary service he provides."
