"Wish I could leave 0 stars. Just attempted to visit and buy a couple of items but since the clerk was rude I decided to say screw it and spend my money elsewhere. He had the audacity to tell me I couldn't have my purse with me on the sales floor as if this sounded actually sane! Like why would I leave my purse with a stranger that I don't know or feel as though I have to leave it in my car in such a bad area. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. It's better to patronize a place that greets you acts like they care."

"I went in there this morning, July 5, 2020 at around 9:30am. It was my first time ever going into a store like this so I was nervous and a little uncomfortable to say the least. The young lady that was working in there was very friendly and that help ease the uncomfortable feeling. I didnt get anything today because she made me realize I needed to get more information about what my wife wanted when she said a little bigger . She she showed me the toys they had and sizes and even told me what she likes. Since I had told her my wife wanted something a little bigger, she asked the question how big was I so she could use as a reference and when I told her she even recommended a pump. I was to nervous at the time but I wish I had talked to her more about that. I only wish I had gotten her name so I could call up there before going again so I could deal with her again since I have already given her probably more information about myself than she would probably ever want to know. I guess I can only hope she is there the next time I go."

"I paid $80.95 for a icicles product. The product worked for the test, but not even an hour later it didn't even turn on. I called the clerk and she told me to go the the manufacturer website. I did, but then didn't see where it was for defective products. She told me to come in and speak to management about exchanges. She was very nice and polite. I came in and the manager said they didn't do exchanges, but to go on the website. He checked the product with the batteries. I also bought them from this store. They did not work nor did the ones he tried. He said that sucks, but it rarely happens. I paid $80.95 for a product that doesn't work, and there is nothing they will do about it. I have bought other products that work well. I would advise if you are buying from here to avoid anything involving batteries or a chord. If you do buy anything that vibrates, "just go to the website". You will save time and money if you just go online."
