"We have had two experiences with rays in the past month. One for dishwasher and one for our range hood. Both times the gentleman that came to do the repairs were so polite and informative on what needed to be done. The day after the dishwasher was fixed it gave another error so we called Rays and they sent a repairman back out that day and resolved the issue promptly. We will be recommending them for anyone needing repairs or maintenance on appliances."
