"Bought my Traxxas K10 high trail here, knew nothing about what i needed to get it running, working etc. Using google(as no one was helpful) I figured out I needed a 2s/3s battery and a traxxas charger kit. I go and ask the older guy for what I needed, and he hands me a rough looking battery box with NEW pricing on it, I open it(GOOD IDEA on me!!) and turns out it was a USED older battery. I tell him I want a BRAND new sealed one and he gave me an attitude, scoffed and then gave me one that was new with no dirt on it like the other one. Who runs a business like that? Yea, I would NOT go here again. I spent nearly $1000 at this place too, and thats how I was treated. Its a shame how people have 0 pride these days in their work ethic and customer service. So before you buy your batteries, chargers, etc here, OPEN them and verify its brand new. They almost sold me a USED worn out battery for full price of a new one."

"The new store is fabulous! It must be 5-6 times larger than the old store, and is very well arranged and neat. Now there’s nothing in the aisles, and stock is neatly on the shelves. They also now carry young children’s toys from the best, high rated brands. This will be my “go to” place for all my hobby needs from now on."
