"Worse customer service of any store I have ever been to. Complete incompetence from front to back. Filthy, the store smells every time I come, slow and rude staff and the poorest management staff. After 25 years shopping, I will never come back"
"I usually do online pickup orders which I will say they do a great job. My issue is with how the store smells. For Thanksgiving I went into the store to do some shopping and the store smelled horrible. It smelled like a used diaper and I noticed the closer you got to the center the worse the smell became. It was hard shopping with how bad it smelled. I wanted to leave right away. I went into the store again in December for a few items and it still smells bad. I have spoken with friends that go to this store and they said it always smells bad. I think this store need a major deep cleaning."
"It's an okay Kroger. They have an okay selection, but they are out of things a lot that I get. The store has always been fairly clean and neat and the employees have been great for the most part. The only part about the employees I don't like at all are being stared down at self checkout. It's messed up that I'm having to do their job by checking myself out just to be looked at as if I'm trying to steal or cheat the system on top of that."
"Good place to shop with good prices. Conveniently located on Columbia Road. The produce section is not as great in comparison to similar stores, but the meat, bakery, and deli departments have solid selections. Regardless there are better deals than similar stores, and they have a good variety of products."
"Clean store with great sales and prices overall. The deli is awesome and so are the employees in that department. Good variety of inventory. One of the best things about this kroger is the floral dept. They have beautiful arrangements for very good prices. They have been better than many of the more expensive arrangements ive gotten from other floral shops. Check them out next time you're looking to purchase some. You won't be disappointed.
