"FANTASTIC SERVICE! Having recently moved to the area I needed to establish a relationship with a new service/repair and with one phone call I knew I'd found the right place. Patrick was super helpful over the phone and set me @ ease. I dropped off my ride and they knocked out a MAJOR oil leak in no time (in, out, and on time as promised). They under-promise and over deliver! How refreshing is that?? Plus the money was well below what I expected. These folks are a "10" !"

"I've owned a few BMWs in my life and servicing/repairing them has always been a dread. However, after purchasing am '03 Z4 a year ago, I've only ever brought it to this shop and it is always handled precisely, with care, and at a reasonable rate. I usually speak with Patrick or Trip and those guy are always so helpful in ensuring that my needs are met. I had originally planned on selling my Z4 but the ease of working with this shop has allowed me to pour more time and money into the ultimate driving machine!"

"I recently took my Mini copper here and it was the best experience with a mechanic sense I have gotten the car. I explain my concerns and they where able to identify everything very quickly. It took a bit of time to get on the schedule but it was well work the wait. They went over every code my car was putting out with me and I appreciate how friendly ,kind ,and patient he was going over every question and concerns I had. This will be my go to place from now on."

"Called to let them know my make and model before I came in and they gave me a show of confidence over the phone that they can handle most issues with my platform, which is "common" in the US market. They detected a small oil leak from the valve cover (common issue/simple job) and told me they couldn't touch it because they needed a "special tool." Did you really need a special tool for my common engine? Other shops I explained the situation to said that it's ludicrous that a Euro dedicated shop wasn't outfitted to handle this issue. If the mechanics or shop owner is too scared to touch my car, just be honest and say that. If it's "too modified," which I explained thoroughly before drop off, you should have told me that over the phone before I wasted my time."

"I really wanted to like these guys because they are courteous and respectful but after using them multiple times I can't recommend them. I was charged $125 to remove a nail from my tire that didn't need patching, I had to pay a dealership to correct a brake job they did, and the shuttle they advertise was never available any of the 4 times that I was there; they drove my car to and from and on one occasion it was clear the guy driving my car was very new to driving a manual transmission and caused unnecessary wear on my clutch. Combine that with the fact that dealership pricing is now pretty competitive with theirs, I'll stick with a dealership who will give me a loaner car and an espresso while I wait."
