"We chose Mr. Appliance based on reviews alone. The company had great Google reviews and they lived up to them in our experience! We used them for a microwave and washing machine repair. Our technician, Jeremy, was extremely patient and honest (our microwave didn’t cooperate the first time) and got our microwave working. Our washer repair cost was going to be more than actually purchasing a new machine and Jeremy was very honest and thorough in his explanation of that. He also gave us great advice on what to look for in a new machine. I definitely recommend Mr. Appliance and will call on them For any future needs!"

"I have had increasing annoyance with my washer and dryer. I called Mr appliance to assist. Corey came to assess and upon his findings we decided to fix the dryer but let the washer go a little longer before repairing. He came back to repair and needed a part that wasn't available and so we scheduled for a 3rd day. Another part was lost and a 4th day was scheduled and Corey was willing to work it into my schedule since I was being inconvenienced. The 4 star rating is due to the scheduler. I understand things happen and I had a day off already scheduled. Corey was planning on coming early and called scheduling to verify. They say before the appointment I was scheduled for 1130. that was not what we agreed on and I called to correct. I told her that we agreed on 830 and that I had plans in Charlotte and had to be back by 5 and couldn't do that. I was told I could still make it to Charlotte. What!? You don't know what my plans are and how much time I need to inconvenience me on visit 4. Corey arrived at 8 and wasn't even aware of the issues. He did his job a we did a weeks Worth of laundry. It takes a team to make an experience and Corey was the hail Mary to save the day."
