"With so many discounts and sales it's hard to know what the price will be at the register. The cashier was super patient with me as I checked pricing on some items before starting my transaction. She advised how much I would save if I opened a charge account. I was reluctant and she didn't press the point. When I was trying to decide about spending additional money for one last pair of pants, she gently inquired about the hesitation, and explained that if I applied for the credit card, that pair of pants would basically be free with the immediate 35% discount. She was very patient as I thought it through and did some calculations and decided to go ahead with the credit card application. I wish I got her name now. She was awesome. And she didn't speak so fast that I had to ask what she just said with every sentence. It was a very pleasant transaction experience. I generally go to a different Kohl's location, but will be happy to use this Woodruff road store since they have staff like her."

"Didn't honor coupons sent by store for %15 off. The older woman in the pink flower shirt was extremely rude and didn't want to be bothered and dismissed the coupon that was sent by the company itself claiming she couldn't change the price or honor the coupon. Seems like a scam to get people in stores and the cheat them out of money."

"I had an outstanding experience at the Greeville, SC store. From the customer service when I fist entered to the checkout by a mother and daughter team, Jill and Sam. Sam was the cashier and helped answer all my questions and checked with me to see if I still wanted an item since the discount did not apply to that item. It has been a long time since I have been in a Kohls store. I loved how many items they had, that I had not seen in other stores or online stores. I had fun looking at all the items and ended up buying a lot of things, including gifts for others. Jill and Sam were great about ringing up my purchases and bagging things so that they did not break getting to the car or on the way home. Jill even offered to help me get my items into my car, which I really appreciated since I currently have mobility issues. I was very impressed with the store over all, the other staff were busy keeping all the merchantise neat and organized and willing to answer my questions. It was a pleasure to shop there!"

"Kohl's is a nice place to shop for clothing, I usually find some nice sweaters and gifts for the family. They sell men's, woman's, teens and baby clothes, also shoes and boots. Toys for the kids, a nice home decor section, bedding and kitchen goods. They have some great sales and you can earn Kohl's cash which you can use on future purchases. Now Sephora cosmetics is set up in Kohl's which is convenient for grabbing your favorite cosmetics. Kohl's also takes your Amazon returns! Great place to shop!"
