"I was there today and I've been shopping for 25 minutes. Had my buggy full get you the registered. Come to find out 10-15 minutes earlier. Their machine stopped taking cards. Now. They found time to gather and chit chat at the register with each other and they found time to put a note on the door that said no cards, only cash. Finally, they announced over the intercom. Why wait that long to tell customers in your store? Why wait till they get all their groceries and get to the register? Why don't you announce that over the intercom when it happened? That's dumb"
