"I understand everyone has bad days, but you put it to the side when dealing with a customer. Whoever was working the register Saturday 6/24/23 between 1:30-2:30 might need a refresher course in customer service. She did not say sorry for your wait as she was busy doing something else (which I understand -- but say sorry when you come over). She did not say hello or how are you or did you find everything ok etc. She did not look at me until she asked if I wanted and Express card or if I was part of rewards. I can't remember. All I remember is the attitude. No thank you."

"I’m a couple of months late but I promised her I wouldn’t forget her!! The store manager went above and beyond to assist me in finding something to wear to a funeral. My sisters were slow in responding to my pics I sent lol and she took it upon herself to help me. It was like I had my very own personal assistant, this was in October 22’ hopefully she’s still there. Very sweet, patient and knowledgeable woman. Sent my sisters and a few friends to visit THAT (specific) store solely based on my experience with her."

The gentlemen with the fancy suit and manager, i think her name was Cassy, made me feel so important. I wanted to feel confident. When i left I felt better than confident. I felt invigorated. The tall guy chose outfits, chose things out of my comfort and I attended an event where so many compliments were made. Thank you express at tanger. You've made a life time client.
