"I had purchased some clothes in a different Buckle location as Christmas gifts for my husband. Unfortunately, the size I got him was too small, so I came to the Buckle in Augusta to exchange sizes. The staff was super helpful and was able to get the size I needed ordered online since they didn't have any left in the store. I had the new clothes shipped to the store, to avoid having to pay for shipping. I got an email when my order was available for pickup. When I arrived to pickup my order the staff was attentive and quick to get my package. I will definitely be back! Great selection to choose from and great customer service!"

"Went to Buckle with my wife searching for accessories for a dress that she is wearing to an upcoming wedding. After searching through a few pairs of boots, Courtney stopped by and asked if we needed any help. After my wife told her the styles and size she was looking for, Courtney went to the back and came out with everything she could find that matched. My wife ended up seeing another style that she preferred and Courtney tore through every box they had (think scavenger hunt) to find the right size! I then picked a hat that I thought would complement the outfit and boots, and my wife was met with immediate hollers from Courtney and other members of the staff. Such a huge boost to her confidence! After picking out some earrings and settling the bill, Courtney urged my wife to try everything on with the dress. My wife hesitantly agreed and after a short time came out of the dressing room with everything on. She was once again met with so many positive comments from the staff with Courtney leading the charge. My wife (like so many others) isn't always super confident about the way she looks, but it was SO amazing to see her light up as everyone helped her see what I see in her."

"After an unsuccessful shopping trip to Augusta Mall my final stop was Buckles. I was greeted by a lovely young woman, Natalie. I was looking for flare jeans and I liked the smooth slightly stretch material without tears. Another issue I've had is that I'm 5'3 in sneakers so they needed to be for shorter women. She looked thoroughly for pants that would suit me and then helped me find tops as well. She got the other ladies who worked there involved and when my companion told her he was retired military, she thanked him for his service and gave us the military discount. If more shops and stores/shops had workers with her excellent customer service and personality sales would not only be booming but people like me would gladly go back. I'm only visiting Augusta for a few days but she made my trip that much more enjoyable. She is a great team member Buckles. Please recognize her!"
