"I paid over $700.00 for my glasses. I went back numerous times complaining about how they wore. They always wanted to fix or replace the nose pieces. Now my lens keeps popping out. These are the worst pair of glasses I have ever had. I have been wearing glasses since I was 3 years old. I paid for the Asad protection and they said it was only good for few months. Now I am stuck with a $700.00 pair of glasses that I hate. If you go to them hope you have better luck."

"They weren’t upfront about pricing and as a patient I shouldn’t have to beg information about pricing out of anyone. Everyone was really polite no one was rude except for one person who didn’t like my husband and I challenging the cost. Our insurance covers most everything but here apparently it doesn’t. I won’t come back due to that. I am really disappointed because I’ve used this place before and didn’t have this experience."
