"The prices maybe good but I would rather pay more and be treated with respect! The staff “only couple ppl are nice” and supervisors “all” are super rude! Totally disrespectful! I definitely hate to come here wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you are from certain race maybe you will get a better experience!"

"Absolutely unacceptable. The app indicated that a shopper was finished with my order over an hour ahead of scheduled pick up time. Then, it updated and said that a shopper was bringing my order out, and moments later, closed the transaction. The only problem is, I NEVER PICKED UP MY OREDER. Someone else did. Our pickup order was stolen because Aldi fails to check ids. In fact, as all of this was happening, I desperately responded in the app AND via text imploring them to stop because whoever they were giving it to was not us. Zero response from either. Hey criminals! Big opportunity at your local Greer Aldi! All you have to do is park in a spot and their mindless staff will waltz up to your car and say “Are you so and so?” And all you have to do is say “Yes”, and you too can waltz off with over $200 of free groceries! What a deal! Also, since Aldi refuses to post their actual phone number and routes you through call center hell via a toll free number instead, it took me over an hour to speak to a competent human being who could comprehend how we were being swindled. Then, instead of making it right and getting another order together for us, they told us we would have go back through the app, re-shop, hope the items we purchased were in stock, surrender our timeslot, and pay again. Needless to say I wont be doing that. Fingers crossed my refund actually gets processed but either way, I’m done with this unsecured, lazy establishment. The cost savings are simply not worth it."

"First time I had gone to one snd at the self checkouts I had no clue if you could pay cash or was it card only had to opt for live cashier and there was only one person so a bit of a line but otherwise it seems like an OK store just remember to bring your own bags"

"Had to make a quick stop at Aldi's. The place is Always busy and they only have 1 register and 2 self check out areas. I Never buy my vegetables from them due to after 4 days the veggies start to rot. They do have the cheapest selection of frozen vegetables though and they usually have good prices on their frozen fish too. Ice Cream is only $ 2.79. I do recommend you do not buy your dog / cat food here."
