"These idiots said my mom was cheating the store My mom tried to return a doll that she bought for me, but she didn’t have the box. She found the exact same dog that cost five dollars! They wouldn’t exchange it because they said she was trying to cheat the store! These people are real idiots."

"It was great. The two employees were very friendly and helpful. I recommend going there whole heartedly. The new Humana flex card won't work there. The Family Dollar Stores are not on their list right now."

"This is the first and last time I will go there. Today I walked in 20mins till close and they shut off the lights the store; that was just completely rude to me....it still had some lightning but they basically made their point. Then a lady walked up to me about a min after i walked in and said that they close in like 2 mins it wasn't even 9:45 people came up to knock on the door but they already had it locked that's just bad service."

"This store is severely under staffed. At least every other week they close the store to go to the bank, bathroom or just a sign well be back. And probably more... that's just when I have been there This happens all to often... they need to staff to keep from having to shut the store down during working hours. They also had freezers down for a long time and sold freezer burnt meat before they were down. This is not normal for Family Dollar... they need a regional manager to access the store and make changes."

"I frequent this Family Dollar as it is very close by. Has almost everything I need to get me through the week. Although there’s a lot going on (like most dollar stores), the staff is always helpful and friendly with direction and answering any questions. They’re short-handed much like everywhere, but I never see any of the staff screwing around and killing time. I’m very much a workaholic, so I notice and appreciate the move. Thanks!"
