"Wouldn’t take back a return I purchased one week ago (7 days) because I didn’t have a receipt. I told them to pull me up on my phone number, but they wouldn’t do it. I wasn’t asking for a refund. I was asking for store credit. The item was faulty. It was an inflatable Christmas elf that wouldn’t stand up on its own. The inflatable kept flopping over on his back. I can’t be at home picking up that elf all day, constantly! They said I would have to get an identical item, but they didn’t have any more inflatables! Then they told me to drive around town to see if one of the other local dollar general would take it back and exchange it for an inflatable! Really? For $16? Sheila (the manager) was extremely unprofessional! I literally will never shop there again, and they get a ton of business from me!"

"Bought an iron from this store used it a week later and the control valve for the water came apart and water was pouring out. Took it back to the store and the manager was really sarcastic and said I had to have box and receipt even when I could show her on my bank app when I bought it. Very poor customer service at this store so I am stuck with a piece of junk from this store. Needless to say I want be shopping at this store anymore. I suggest people avoid buying any thing you want to last from dollar general cause it is just cheap stuff."

"I went there a few days ago and the people were very rude to me and kept staring at me weird and it was kind of creepy. I will never go there again, though the employees are efficient, some of the things they did in there are bad and there was stuff in the aisles. Manager was kinda rude but understandable and the customers are rude and not following social distancing rules. They are in everyone's business too. Me and my family will never go here ever again. Customer service was rude and almost made me cry."

"Always excellent customer service. They never lock the door one minute or even five minutes before the store closes. I have even seen a cashier that looked a bit tired and stressed open a door for a man who needed something really quick two minutes after the store had closed. She open the door and let him get the item he needed. You don’t see that type of customer service nowadays. I guarantee you will see it every time at the store. Every single time."

"My family comes here whenever it's late and other stores have closed. They have great hours and customer service! We especially appreciate Sheela who works here! She is super nice and very respectful; trying her full best to make sure we and her customers are happy as can be."
