"We get Italian subs on a regular basis. Today we went, asked if they would put pizza sauce on the bun. They said they could do it but told me it was cold...which I agreed was fine. A whole Italian sub is 6.98, we get double meat which is 3.00 the total should have been 9:98. The young lady gave me the sub after a conversation with two other ladies in the deli. The price sticker said 13.58...i questioned the lady about the price, her response was the extra was for the pizza sauce....So I paid 3.50 for Pizza sauce.... Ridiculous! By the way, the lady never told me that Pizza sauce would be 3.50 extra. I would have never paid that. I bought a jar of pizza during my visit and it was 2.70 for the entire jar. If they would rip you off on a sub and not disclose the price up front, what else are they ripping you off on. I have referred a lot of people to them for subs... NEVER again!!!"

The employees were helpful, knowledgeable, and always ready to lend a hand. They even helped me find that elusive ingredient for my famous corny dad casserole. Can you believe it? They went above and beyond! And let's not forget about the prices, folks. As a dad on a budget, I appreciate a good deal. And Ingles delivered. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the low prices on my favorite snacks, drinks, and all the essentials. It was like a dream come true. I walked out of there with a cart full of groceries and a wallet that wasn't crying in pain. Now that's what I call a win-win! But wait, there's more. Ingles even had a bakery that was a slice of heaven. The aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries filled the air, and my dad senses were tingling with delight. I couldn't resist picking up a loaf of their homemade bread and treating my family to a tasty breakfast. Let me tell you, it was a hit! My kids even said, "Thanks, Dad, you're the best!" "I am so sick of dealing with bonus cards. Just give us the damn lowest price and be done. I don't want discount Ingles gas. Y'all act like you are doing such a great service for your customers in reality it is just a gimmick to get us in the store and you know it but at least you had enough cashiers so I'll give 3 stars instead of 2"

"Absolutely love ingles. It's one of the very few stores that carry my specific castor oil shampoo and conditioner. Made by Pantene. The yellow bottle. So hard to find too. Wish i could buy out all the stock they have of it. They also have my favorite body wash fully stocked."

"This is a great location with friendly employees -- literally all of them! I got in line only to have forgotten an item, Contina said "no problem, go get it." Upon my return she had loaded ALL of my groceries on the belt! It was so sweet considering it was my birthday and she had no clue! I also have a tiny baby at home who I barely get away from so it was really nice to have someone I don't even know look out for me. 5 stars!!"
