"This dollar store is one I will never ever go in again. . If you want to get falsely accused of shoplifting. ,,,Then yea that's the place to go. . The manager falsely accused me of shoplifting which had no proof. . Police was called to location and viewed video camera and still said it wasn't me but that the manager has the right to put me on traspass regardless.. well I going from here to the bbb to corporate and as high as I have to go to see that this manager no longer has a job plus I am considering of sueing them. . It was very embarrassing and humiliating. ."

"they have absolutely nothing that is on their app for discounts. After you spend the amount of time in the store running back and forth you usually end up settling for something else. Is this their intention?? I believe so.. third time for me. What I would have spent is $50 with what I check on the digital coupons app. Was $71 when I checked out. Was tired and frustrated. The lady assured me that she was new to the store and my next experience will be better. If not I will leave the buggy full sitting. I spend a couple of hundred dollars a mth in this store and have been nothing but disappointed with each visit. Takes hours to find the stuff then they are out. Can't get down an isle for it being blocked with merchandise. I may try it one more time but if I find a dollar general or a dollar store to full fill what I have to buy. I will drive further or go to the other stores."

"Horrible customer experience with an employee there . Normally the employees I've encountered before this Saturday were very nice. I use to love to go and get my cleaning supplies here but I will never go again. I would rate this a 0 but it wouldn't let me. This situation was escalated to the district manager which called me , was very kind , apologetic . But I still will never go back."
